FRAME GUSSET PLATE

The gusset plate  is a necessary solution in many cases. The gusset plate helps to make X3  more rigid by reducing deflection in the front end of the machine, as well as adding a little bit of beef to the front of the machine.

When using the X3 to its potential there is a very high risk of causing extra deflection in the front end letting the upper shock mount area and the lower frame where the control arms connect move undesirably from the shock load. Tie your frame together with this gusset and our upper shock tower brace making it best way to protect that precious radiator fan from permanent and expensive damage.

You must use this with either our limit strap system or with our aluminum shock tower brace to be effective. This gusset plate will not attach to your factory pieces.

Made from 3/16 mild sheet steel, tig welded and includes a grommet for hoses to pass through without damage.

The Can-am bearings are known to contain little grease right off the shelf, so it is advised to grease your bearings now, new or old. A simple job will go a long way towards preserving the overall mechanical condition of your investment.

With the OEM bearing tool it is required to remove the axle atleast, and in most cases the entire hub it's self, adding hours to your maintenance time. With our tool all that is required is removing your wheel, brake caliper, and spindle providing wide open acces to the bearing. On all makes we have a couple different ways to go about greasing your bearings:

On vehicles primarily used in water and or mud conditions in which they may spend a fair amount of time submersed and where bearings are more susceptible to outside contaminants. It is advisable to fill the wheel bearing just enough to begin to push grease out of the bearing and then stop. This allows grease to form a protective barrier around the ball bearings, cages, and the race to protect it from water and mud intrusion which is a large factor in bearing failure. On used bearings inspect grease that is expelled from the bearing for overly worn or already contaminated grease. On new bearings skip this step and stop when grease first appears around the seal.

On vehicles primarily used for fast pace riding where water is rarely seen and high speed is a normal activity, only apply 4-6 pumps of grease into the bearing, As you are not in need of a protection barrier and simply need to apply grease to the inside for lubrication and longevity purposes.

Warranty exclusively applies to workmanship and manufacturing defects upon receiving your tool.

Warranty will not be given due to misuse or negligence while using your grease tool.

Prevent shock and axle damage with a simple and robust limit strap system. Limit straps provide a very effective way to limit damage by only limit complete suspension travel enough to prevent severe CV angles and internal shock damage caused by bottoming out at full extension.

Our limit straps mount to the OEM bolt locations for the shocks and come with an integrated shock cord system that keeps the excess slack from the strap up top far away from any intrusion with the tires. No need to use zip ties to attach the strap to the springs anymore!!

If you are like many and suffer from a failed radius rod you know how bad it can be for that big ride. We have a solution to solve all of that for you.

We produce a quality solid Billet aluminum radius rod to replace the weak factory pieces.

Our rods are machined from a solid piece of 1.25 Billet hex aluminum. That's right one and a quarter inch of solid Billet aluminum. These rods are larger than majority of similar products on the market, and sure to stand up to the abuse. Our radius rods are then hard coat anodized then they receive all 304 stainless jamb nuts for anti corrosion and heavy duty 5/8 chromoly heims. We also machine our own misalignment spacers from a solid bar stock of 304 stainless, giving you the highest quality fit and finish possible.

We offer only FK brand heims with all of our products for a superior fit, and long lasting product every time. However, we offer two series of heim joints from FK precisoin rod end line.

• KMX-For a high quality rod end on a budget. These are a very strong and dependable rod end, however they will tend to be a little noisy as they wear due to the injected nylon race.

• JMX- For the best of the best rod end on the market that also inlcudes a PTFE liner. These are top of the line rod ends with a trated allow steel body, and a full hardcoat treated ball. We only supply these with a PTFE liner for longevity and do not supply to metal on metal joint.

And as always our radius rods, like all of our products, have a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects. You break it we replace it, just as easy as that.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These radius rods utilize a right hand thread on BOTH ends of the rod. This does make adjustment more difficult, however the radius rods are preset for your vehicle and need no adjustment. Using right hand threads on both ends of the rod also makes it impossible for the jamb nuts to ever loosen and cause the rod to completely unscrew itself from the machine.

We have designed a simple, affordable, and effective tool for managing those difficult time losses.

Simply use the aluminum adapter, thread it into the oil fill tube where the stock X3 oil cap is, attached the supplied hose, run to an easy to acces location and use your favorite funnel in the hose to fill your X3 with oil. When your done just detach the hose from the adapter, unthread it, and use your OEM cap to check oil levels as detailed in your owners manual. It's really that easy.

The adapter is made here in the United States using 6061 T6 Grade billet aluminum. The supplied hose is 1" diameter vinyl tubing that resists break downs from oil and other chemicals. The 1" tubing provides a large enough way to get oil into the Maintenance engine and not slow you down.

Our Treal Performance Intercooler Piping Kit is built to withstand the stress of increasing the boost pressure without ever having to worry about it expanding or blowing apart. We bead roll the ends of the pipes to increase strength, Pipe to coupler seal for no leaks, and most importantly keep the piping from blowing off. Our Piping Kit will also increase the air flow over the small 2 inch tube and eliminates the small and restricting MAP sensor adapter right before the throttle body also making it one less part that can fail. This Piping Kit really looks great with the shiny Gloss Black Powder coat. Our Piping Kit also opens the door to using different blow off valves (BOV). Our pull plate is designed in such a way that within a matter of seconds you will easily and effortlessly change between different attachments of your choosing. So now that the excitement is all over lets get down to business. What can you expect to get from our pull plate? You will have the ability to quickly swap between attachments and NEVER have to remove the main base of the plate. That means once mounted you have no need to mess with the radius rods anymore. You will simply remove the two shouldered bolts from the pull plate, swap the pieces you want, then re tighten. It really is as simple as that. And if you don't believe me, revisit the video above.

All of our plates are machined by us here in the U.S.A. We machine them out of a solid piece of Billet 6061 Aluminum along with the tow hook, and tow loop attachments. The only steel attachment is the 2 inch receiver which is machined from 1018 steel. Each pull plate comes in raw aluminum, if you would like colors please email us so we can accommodate you. 2 inch receivers come in a standard black texture powder coat, however we can arrange other colors for you.

Our sway bar end links are the perfect upgrade for the factory link replacement. Our links are made from Billet 6061 Aluminum using all high quality hardware and FK brand JMX joints standard!

If you are tired of breaking weak factory sway bar end links or perhaps you are just looking for a nice high quality upgrade, then you have no reason to look any further, because we have you covered.

Our upgraded sway bar end links main body is machined from Billet 6061 aluminum hex bar stock. They are then machined with a taper on each end to add style, and heavy duty powder coat for a long lasting finish.

All of our links comes standard now with FK Brand JMX joints. This is an added cost but is drastically increases the life and wear of the links.

Link kits consist of two links for the rear of the vehicle. Kits also include new bolts, nuts, and washers for a complete and seamless installation.

As with all of our products we strive for the absolute highest quality. So with that being said we offer our links with a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY from workmanship and defects. If for any reason at all your part should fail, we will gladly either replace or repair whichever YOU prefer.

We have taken a lot of extra time and effort to make sure all parts not produced directly by us are made right here in the USA, this is something we take very seriously.
